Huff plans Argentina WTCC push
Rob Huff will keep pushing for FIA World Touring Car Championship success in Argentina this weekend.
Briton Huff, the 2012 WTCC champion is still chasing his first outright win of 2017. But he's convinced he has the car to claim glory in Termas de Río Hondo and heads to Argentina boosted by a charging performance at WTCC Race of Portugal last month when he battled through from the back of the grid to finish a standout fifth.
The WTCC Trophy leader said: "Ultimately the main championship is the goal. I'm positive, because the Main Race [in Portugal] was awesome, it was probably one of the best races in my life and we can push forward from [Argentina]. We're working really well as a team and we really feel that we've got hold of the car and really showed in the Main Race we're performing well."
Huff, who drives a Citroën C-Elysée WTCC for ALL-INKL.COM Münnich Motorsport, scored a second and third in Argentina last year driving for the factory Honda team.
