Habaj happy with ERC points

This season's FIA European Rally Championship is already proving to be better for Łukasz Habaj than last based on how the Pole has begun his 2018 campaign.

After a non-finish and non-start from the first two ERC events in 2017, Habaj finished the season-opening Azores Airlines Rallye in seventh place to register his first points of the year.

"I'm really happy to be in the finish because we had quite a lot of problems," said the Rallytechnology-run driver. "The rally was much tougher for us and the competition was hard but we kept trying."

Habaj's issues included a powersteering glitch on the opening day, a puncture and a mistake on the second pass of Sete Cidades, which cost 20 seconds.
